Although you can buy detox foot pads over the counter, you can also opt for making your own. Just follow the instructions below and you are on the right path to improve your health on many levels.
What you need:
- Self-stick gauze pads
Chop the garlic and onion finely. In a cooking pot boil some water then add the finely chopped garlic and onions. Continue boiling for another 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool for 20 minutes. Soak the gauze pads with the liquid just enough to get wet. If there’s excess water in the pads, wring it out. Make sure you don’t wet the sticky part of the gauze pads.
Stick the gauze pad on the bottom of your feet. To secure the pads from moving, put on a pair of cotton socks. Do this before going to bed and remove the pads in the morning.
